Die Pendelleuchte kam superschnell und gut verpackt bei uns an. Ich hatte noch eine Rückfrage bzgl. Befestigung an der Decke und mir wurde von Herrn Kraus weitergeholfen.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden, auch durch die Beratung zwischen den Jahren. Das Licht kann unterschiedlich eingestellt werden. Als direktes sowie auch als indirektes Licht bequem per Handbewegung. Die Höhe der Lampe lässt sich auch individuell einstellen. Einfach perfekt. Vielen Dank.

Wir können das Lichthaus Kraus sehr empfehlen. Ich habe eine Leuchte online bestellt. Diese wurde gut verpackt geliefert. Nach der Montage stellte ich fest, das ich die Lichtfarbe nicht ändern konnte. Dimmen funktioniert einwandfrei über die App. Nach Rücksprache mit Herrn Kraus konnten wir eine Lösung finden. Wir haben die Leuchte bereits seit 10 Jahren hier im Einsatz. Es handelt sich also um einen Ergänzungskauf, wobei Qualität und Design unvermindert hoch sind. Die LED-Technologie ist sehr ausgereift, so dass das Licht sehr nahe an die frühere Leuchten-Technologie herankommt. Die Gestensteuerung wäre aus meiner Sicht nicht notwendig gewesen, ebenso wenig die Steuerung über Smartphone. Diese Aussagen würden jedoch jüngere Personen sicherlich so nicht treffen. Lassen wir also allen Generationen ihren Spaß! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die schnelle Abwicklung über das Unternehmen Licht-Kraus in Sasbach. Super, die komplette Bestellung mit einer Sonderausstattung (gekürzte Pendellänge) erfolgte einfach über die Chat-Funktion der Website von Licht-Kraus, und das abends um 21:30 Uhr. Große Klasse!
